Our staff members have spent many years devoted to pursuing excellence in their field and have attained a certain level of expertise to qualify them as instructors and trainers.

Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff has attained mastery in their fields and now enjoy sharing their skill and passing it on to our members. Here are a few of Star Performance Studios L.L.C.'s staff members:

Katy Stratchko  (Owner)  Katy Stratchko has spent most of her life on stage. After attending Catholic University for musical theater, Katy went on to perform with equity and professional theaters, theme parks, and childrens tours. After settling in Maryland, she discovered her true passion in sharing her love for the performing arts with children. She has directed and choreographed for multiple organizations including Chesapeake Performing Arts Center Children's Theater of Annapolis, Sport Fit Bowie, Merely Platers, and Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts. Her extensive training and charsmatic persona bring out the very best in children- giving them an experience they will always remember.

Edward Stratchko  (President, Office Manager)  Ed Stratchko is currently employed by a national commercial real estate management/Development company, where he manages a staff of 28 engineers and 4.5 million sq' of office space.There, he helped create and facilitate a annual operating budget of over 78 million dollars. Star Performance Studios is thrilled to have Ed's expertise and knowledge to compliment our growing program.
